Supportive Care for Women

  • Hormonal Support Massage

This specialized massage is designed to support the whole body during these transitions, helping you feel more grounded, comfortable, and in tune with yourself. Using a gentle blend of Swedish massage, lymphatic support, myofascial work, and aromatherapy — plus optional hot or cold stone application — each session is thoughtfully customized based on where you are in your cycle or phase of life.

  • Moon Cycle Massage

This massage is designed to support those who experience challenges with their menstrual cycles. Whether you’re dealing with painful periods, hormonal headaches, hot flashes, irritability, low back pain, or general achiness, this session creates space to honor the cyclical nature of your body and all that you move through each month.

After a brief consultation, we’ll design a session tailored to your unique needs. Treatments may help with fluid retention, abdominal cramps, lower back pain, constipation, or sleep difficulties. Depending on your goals, your session may include:

Swedish massage for tight muscles and circulation

Heat therapy with pads, warm towels, or hot stones

Cold stones for headaches, puffiness, or facial tension

    Aromatherapy for emotional support

My intention is to help you feel more comfortable in your body, more in tune with yourself, and supported through every phase of your moon cycle.

  • Postpartum Massage

This massage is designed specifically for new mothers, supporting both physical and emotional recovery after childbirth. Postnatal massage is not the same as a prenatal session—or the massages you received before pregnancy. Your body has done incredible work carrying, birthing, and now caring for your baby. It deserves the same level of care and honor. Together, we’ll begin with a brief conversation about your pregnancy and birth experience. From there, I’ll create a personalized session to meet your unique needs. This treatment may include techniques to support fluid reduction, relieve lower back pain, ease neck and shoulder tension from babywearing or breastfeeding, and nurture emotional well-being during the intense hormonal shifts of postpartum.

This massage is ideal for clients in the first 6–12 months after giving birth. Please consult with your physician to ensure you are cleared for massage before scheduling. This massage can still be an option for years after giving birth and can be specially designed for your unique needs

  • Postpartum Massage Package

I designed this package to walk with you through your recovery, giving your body and mind the consistent care they need in this tender season. Addressing issues like lower back pain, sciatica, neck and shoulder tension, or even postpartum carpal tunnel early can make a huge difference in your strength, pelvic floor recovery, mood, and overall well-being.

This work matters—it’s what helps you feel like yourself again. Whether you want to get back to exercise, chase your toddler with more ease, prepare your body for another pregnancy, or simply fill your own cup after long nights of feedings and exhaustion, this package is here to support you.

    The package includes:

4 massage sessions designed for postpartum recovery

15 minutes of stillness at the end of each session to rest deeply

A self-care gift bag to continue your healing at home

Consistency is key—healing doesn’t happen in one visit. These four sessions are structured to provide lasting relief and help you step into motherhood with more comfort, energy, and balance.

  • Prenatal Massage

This massage is designed specifically for the pregnant body, with modifications and positioning to ensure you and baby are supported, safe, and comfortable. Every session is tailored to your unique needs and the stage of your pregnancy — from the early changes of the first trimester to the deep fatigue or pelvic tension of the third.

Techniques may include light lymphatic work to reduce swelling, soothing Swedish strokes to ease muscular tension, and specialized attention to common areas of discomfort like the lower back, hips, legs, and shoulders. Pillows, bolsters, and side-lying positions are used to create optimal comfort and alignment.

Therapeutic

  • Swedish Massage

A gentle, flowing full-body massage designed to calm and restore.
Using long, rhythmic strokes, this classic modality eases everyday tension, promotes lymphatic flow, and invites you back into your body. Ideal for first-timers, sensitive systems, or anyone in need of nurturing touch.

  • Deep Tissue + Trigger Point Therapy

Focused pressure to release long-held stress, injuries, or trauma. This massage is designed for those who need more than relaxation. Whether you're living with chronic tension, recovering from injury, or carrying emotional stress in your muscles, this treatment offers deep, intentional release tailored to your body’s unique needs. This massage goes beyond relaxation. Using precise, focused pressure, we target areas of long-held tension caused by stress, injury, or trauma.

If you’re living with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or carrying emotional stress in your body, this session is designed to uncover the root of your discomfort. Together, we’ll create a plan of action—both on and off the table—to help you find lasting relief.

    Benefits may include:

    Reduced chronic pain and headaches

    Improved back and joint comfort

    Increased range of motion

    Better quality sleep

A more balanced mood and nervous system

This is the right choice when you need more than just relaxation—you need real change in how your body feels and moves.

  • Breathwork

  • Cold Stones

Invigorate your system, reduce inflammation, and reset your body.
This refreshing treatment uses smooth, chilled stones placed on key areas of the face and body to bring instant relief and balance. Cold stone therapy can help ease tension headaches, sinus pressure, and allergy discomfort, while also calming inflammation. When paired with massage, it’s a soothing way to cool the body, making it especially beneficial for those experiencing hot flashes or heat-related stress.

  • Guided Meditation

Sink into stillness and reconnect with your inner self.
These one-on-one sessions combine mindfulness, visualization, and grounding techniques to support emotional balance and nervous system regulation. Perfect before or after bodywork, or as a standalone practice for those seeking clarity, peace, or self-discovery.

  • Hot Stone Massage

Melt away tension with the healing warmth of volcanic stones.
This deeply soothing treatment combines the power of heat with gentle massage to relax muscles, improve circulation, and ground your nervous system. Perfect for those holding emotional stress or physical fatigue, this session invites you to fully surrender and soften.

  • Reiki Energy Healing

Subtle, yet powerful support for emotional clarity and energetic alignment.
Reiki is a hands-on (or hands-above) healing practice that channels universal life force energy to help release stagnant emotions, calm the mind, and rebalance your system. A beautiful option for women navigating grief, burnout, or life transitions.

  • Rest to Connect

You’ve already done the hard part- made the plans, arranged a sitter, and braved the traffic to get here. That’s why I designed an option for you to stay in quiet stillness on the table after your massage to let your body fully absorb the work and settle your nervous system.

  • Restorative Stretch

This isn’t just a casual stretch session—it’s a guided extension of your massage. Once your muscles are warmed and tension has been addressed, we’ll use assisted stretching to help lengthen tight areas and improve your range of motion beyond what you can achieve on your own.

Restorative stretching is especially beneficial for those who sit or stand for long periods—such as desk workers, travelers, hairstylists, or new moms who spend hours rocking their babies.

At the end of your session, we’ll also discuss simple self-care stretches you can do at home to maintain the benefits and keep your body moving with more ease between appointments.

  • Sound Therapy

Add sound therapy to any massage session for a deeper level of nervous system realignment. Using the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, this treatment helps activate the parasympathetic “rest and digest” response—promoting relaxation, lowering heart rate, and easing the effects of stress and tension held in the body.

This gentle vibrational therapy is a beautiful way to calm both body and mind, enhancing the benefits of your massage and leaving you feeling more grounded and restored.goes here
