Hi, I’m Lindy Leeper

Licensed Massage Therapist, mother, and passionate advocate for women’s wellness.

Hi, I’m Lindy Leeper.

I’ve called Clarksville, TN home for over fourteen years, and I’ve been a massage therapist for more than a decade. I’m passionate about helping busy women find relief from pain and reconnect with their bodies. My approach is both therapeutic and compassionate, focusing on gentle and effective pain relief.

This work is deeply personal. After experiencing pregnancy, labor, and the slow reclaiming of my own body postpartum—along with my own journey through pain that kept me from enjoying the activities I love—I felt called to support other women in a more meaningful way.

I understand that pain isn’t just physical. It’s the tension that builds from everyday stress, the discomfort that comes with life’s transitions, and the way it can keep you from feeling present in your own life.

Because of this, I’ve committed my practice to helping women find relief from pain related to stress, injury, repetitive strain, and the many changes our bodies go through over time.

I strive to offer customized care for women in every phase of life. I provide prenatal massage to support your body during pregnancy, and postpartum massage to help you find comfort, ease, and reconnect with your body as your own again.

My therapeutic massage sessions are a blend of modalities, including Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, stretching, and myofascial techniques. Whether you’re needing relaxation, stress relief, or support with acute or chronic pain, each session is tailored specifically to you.

I also incorporate hot and cold stone therapy to further ease muscle tension and discomfort. Heat can help calm the body and reduce anxiety, while cold stones can support inflammation and provide relief for things like hot flashes.

With over a decade of experience in mind-body techniques, I offer guided meditation, breathwork, Reiki, and sound therapy as additions to your session—helping you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your whole self.

These are not just services I offer—they’re practices I’ve used in my own life. I understand the mental and physical load women carry every day, and how powerful it is to have a space where you can pause, breathe, and be cared for.

This is where massage, womanhood, and real life meet.

You don’t have to keep pushing through the discomfort alone. You deserve to feel good in your body again—and to be supported in a way that feels meaningful, restorative, and truly yours.
