Refund Policy

All services are provided with the highest level of care and intention. Because massage therapy and wellness services are based on time, preparation, and availability, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued for completed services or missed appointments.

Please note:

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a late cancellation and are not eligible for a refund or credit.

• No-shows (missed appointments without prior notice) are charged in full and will not be refunded.

• Packages, prepaid sessions, and gift cards are non-refundable but may be transferred to another client with written permission.
